Really liked the way you connected agile principles to how teams actually coordinate work under uncertainty. In practice, teams fail less from lack of framework knowledge and more from weak decomposition habits. At Plexo (https://plexo.work), AI Task Breakdown helps create execution-ready slices earlier in planning. Which concept do readers most often misunderstand when moving from theory to practice?

I can’t agree more. I have experienced such a team only once. A member plays like a professional athlete. They thank their environments and try their best efforts.

It took an hour for me to finish reading this article. But one idea kept popping up. Do you think a Coding AI can work on a ticket as a member?
